History 

Colonial Country Club became a community in 2001, when Pulte Homes began developing the land site. The entire Community of homes, the Clubhouse, the Golf Course and our Tennis Courts were completed by 2006. Later, 2 Bocce Courts were added to the property. The current rendition of the Clubhouse was updated in 2020 with a complete remodel completed by MHK. 

Colonial Country Club is made up of two villages. The Golf Village is comprised of 711 homes and the Lakes Village contains 988 front doors. The Golf Village has priority access to the golf course because they can make their tee time 7 days in advance. The Lake Village can pick up any remaining tee times and book their spot 3 days in advanced. 

All members have equal access to Food and Beverage offers (meals and events), gym access, fitness classes, court sports and pools.  

Colonial Country Club is managed by Troon Privé. Troon is a golf course management company and for 2023 they were recognized by BoardRoom Magazine as Management Company of the Year for the 10th year in a row!
